Hybrida Residency is located in western Sweden and is designed to facilitate artistic exchange and the development of new projects. Here, artists from various backgrounds come together to explore their creative potential in a supportive and collaborative environment based on self organisation of the residency period. The main idea is to promote and sustain an artistic exchange by developing new projects that can be presented in a final exhibition, which offers a cultural event of high quality to the regional and national scene, and creates an exchange with its inhabitants. Hybrida's artist residency is rurally located in western Sweden and takes place annually since 2021. It is designed to facilitate artistic exchange and the development of new projects. The main idea is to promote and sustain an artistic exchange by developing new projects that can be presented in a final exhibition.

Our residency offers a shared living space for 5-10 artists who live and work together during a two months period. Each artist enjoys the privacy of a fully equipped room and common facilities such as studio spaces, bathroom, living room and kitchen. The residency covers housing, food, production, travel, participation and exhibition fee. (read more) (less)
